Tent Rental Styles
Standard Tents
Standard frame tent rentals are a versatile and popular choice for weddings, parties, and outdoor events. These tents offer a clean, open interior without center poles and are available in many sizes, including 10-foot, 20-foot, and 30-foot widths, making them a flexible option for events of all sizes and budgets.
Clear Top Tents
Clear top tent rentals create a bright, elegant atmosphere while still protecting guests from the elements. The transparent canopy allows natural light to shine through during the day and offers beautiful views of the night sky in the evening, making them a popular choice for weddings, receptions, and upscale outdoor events.
Structure Tents
Clearspan structure tent rentals are ideal for large events that need maximum open space without interior poles. These 40-foot-wide tents can be extended to many lengths and are engineered to handle all four seasons of weather. Available with hip or gable roof ends, structure tents are perfect for weddings, festivals, corporate events, and long-term installations.
High Peak Tents
High peak tent rentals, also known as marquee tents, are a popular choice for outdoor weddings and events thanks to their elegant, elevated design. The tall peaked roof creates a striking visual centerpiece while the reduced number of legs provides a more open and spacious atmosphere for guests, seating, and event layouts.

Tent Rental FAQ
Tent rentals provide a flexible way to host weddings, parties, and corporate events outdoors. Below are answers to common questions about event tents, tent sizes, and planning tented events throughout Northern Utah.
Why should I rent a tent for my event?
Tents provide protection from sun, wind, and unexpected weather while creating a defined event space for guests. They allow outdoor events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and backyard parties to take place comfortably regardless of changing weather conditions. All our tents are made in the U.S.A. and built to withstand harsh weather environments.
What types of tents are available for events?
Common event tent styles include frame tents, high peak tents, clear top tents, and large structure tents. Each style offers different benefits depending on the guest count, event layout, and the overall look you want to create.
What is the difference between frame tents and high peak tents?
Frame tents use a durable metal support frame and have no center poles, creating an open interior layout ideal for tables, dance floors, staging, and other event elements. High peak tents also provide an open interior without center poles; however, instead of a full frame roof system, they use tensioned cross cables and a center mast to create their signature high, pointed peak. This distinctive roofline adds an elegant visual centerpiece that is especially popular for weddings and upscale outdoor events.
What size tent do I need for my event?
The right tent size depends on your guest count, seating layout, dance floor, buffet tables, and other equipment placed under the tent. Our tent seating guide can help visualize layouts to help determine the correct size for your event.
Where can event tents be installed?
Event tents can often be installed on grass, gravel, asphalt, or concrete. This allows tents to be used in backyards, parks, venues, and outdoor event spaces.
How far in advance should I reserve a tent rental?
Tent rentals are in high demand during spring, summer, and fall event seasons. Reserving early helps ensure the tent size and style you need is available for your event date. Note: Most weekends that involve rain are high volume rental weekends and we may run out of availability depending on the time of year.
